EASAV's 13th Annual BBQ at the Zoo is on June 17, 2016 Once again, this will be hosted as a Potluck BBQ with private access to the Zoo for the evening! We will have hotdogs and hamburgers (courtesy of RBC), animal encounters happening around the zoo and an Elephant interpretative talk! Attendants are asked to bring one large food item for each family or clinic unit (if families are not attending). EASAV invites members and their families, industry sponsors and AHTs to participate in this year's Annual BBQ at the Edmonton Valley Zoo! Date: Saturday, June 27, 2015 Time: 6:00 pm - 9:30 pm This event is open to all EASAV members and their families and up to 2 AHTs/clinic as well as various association volunteers and industry sponsors. AHTs may only attend in the company of an EASAV member. RSVP Deadline is June 18, 2015 There is a limit to 200 attendants total to this event with priority registrations given to EASAV members and their families and industry sponsors and volunteers. Up to 2 AHTs/clinic (even if multiple members are at that clinic) will be allowed on a first registered, first admitted basis.
