Speaker: Christopher Sauve, DVM


Seminar Abstract: Dr. Sauve will review how to interpret dental (intraoral) radiographs in a systematic fashion & how to implement these skills in a case-based discussion. 


AbVMA & SVMA-approved for 2 hours of CE Credit

Dr. Christopher Sauve Biography: 

Dr. Christopher Sauvé graduated from the WCVM in 2012 with the clinical proficiency awards for top student in both radiology and anesthesiology.  After practicing emergency medicine for three years and primary care medicine for one year, Dr. Sauvé moved to the US to pursue a three-year residency at Companion Animal Dentistry of Kansas City.  Under the training of AVDC diplomates Dr. Susan Crowder and Dr. Scott MacGee, he learned the principles of dentistry and oral surgery. Dr. Christopher Sauvé is now providing advanced dentistry and oral surgery referral services at Pulse Veterinary Specialists & Emergency in Sherwood Park.  He has had articles published in both the Canadian Veterinary Journal and the Journal of Veterinary Dentistry and looks forward to facilitating regular continued education offerings to help strengthen dentistry programs across Northern Alberta.
