EASAV’s 2019 Potluck Picnic at the Edmonton Valley Zoo!

EASAV member veterinarians, support staff and your families:

 Due to low RSVP numbers, our BBQ and Volleyball tournament has been rescheduled and moved. 

There is a budgeted attendance limit of 180 people. 

If the limit is reached, you can still attend for a fee of $13.50/person. 
Children aged 2 and under are free. RSVPs will be accepted in order of RSVP received.
Website and email registrations are usually received before phone messages.

This is a Private Potluck event! 

Each EASAV family/clinic group is asked to bring a homemade food item to our potluck!

1 family/group is equivalent to 4-6 people.
