Season's Greetings from the EASAV Executive! |

|
Wishing everyone a restful holiday season with time for peaceful reflexion and enjoyment with the wonders of nature!
Twas The Night Before a Veterinary Christmas
(by Smokey Walters and Marianne Hert)
‘Twas the night before Christmas and out on the tree
were lights and baubles for all to see
Along comes dear Fluffy, mischievous and coy
thinking that tinsel would make a good toy
She stalks and she swats, she pulls and she chews
it gets stuck going down; this is bad news
Fluffy gags and she retches; her tummy is sore
she’s put into the crate and brought to our door
Bloodwork and x-rays and surgery too
Fluffy’s been finding too much to do
Ribbon and yarn and tinsel and string
Fluffy has been into ev-ery-thing
The surgery goes well and Fluffy recovers
All of her fun cost a few thousand dollars
Merry Christmas to all and Fluffys beware
Keep out of the tinsel; we say it with care | | |
