Video Seminar Streaming

 

 The EASAV is nearly ready to launch it's new video seminar streaming service!


EASAV will be doing its part to help during these difficult times. Until the pandemic restrictions have been lifted, all of our website users will be given a 50% COVID discount on videos purchased!


Purchased videos will be available for streaming for a limited time (most, within 1 year of being posted), so get yours today!

EASAV Annual General Meeting

 

EASAV members: The EASAV Annual General Meeting has been rescheduled and will be hosted using the Zoom Video Conferencing Platform

Date: Monday, May 4, 2020

Time: 7:00 - 8:00 pm or until finished

  EASAV Peer Support Group suspended
 


To do our part in preventing the further spread of COVID-19, the EASAV Peer Support Group meetings have been suspended until further notice. 

We realize that now is when we might need each other the most! if you need someone from our team to connect with, we are here for you.

EASAV Member BBQ has been cancelled

 

The U of A Botanic Gardens has made the difficult decision to cancel all group events at their venue for the remainder of the 2020 year. As such, the EASAV Member BBQ has been cancelled. 

We will rebook the U of A Gardens for next year's BBQ!


 
 

New vets on the EASAV Locum List!

 

There are lots of new veterinarians, RVTs and Tech Assistants and Veterinary Office Assistants on our locum list!


This list is only available to paid EASAV member veterinarians. To access this list: log into our website > click on Member Info button > Locum List.


EASAV member vets, RVTs, receptionists & TAs are all eligible to add their information to our locum list (which is available to all EASAV members)! If interested, please send your name, team role, email address and phone number to info@easav.ca and put Locum in the subject line.

All About the Abdomen Wet-lab and lecture cancelled

 

The wet-lab and lecture, All About the Abdomen, originally scheduled for May 24, 2020, has been cancelled due to COVID-19. 

We will be rescheduling this lab for February 21, 2021.

Priority seating will be given to those who had originally registered for this lab.


 
 
 

Canine Cadaver Donations needed

 

We are in need of 7 more canine cadavers under 20 kg in order to run the All About the Abdomen wet-lab!


If you want to help but are having trouble finding ways to broach this subject with your clients, download this sample euthanasia consent form!
