Executive Assistant's Message |

The EASAV Executive Team continues to move ahead with new opportunities for members, both educationally and socially. A new Task Force has been created to bring veterinarians together to discuss ideas on how to keep the Edmonton Veterinary Community friendly and supportive.
The 2017 EASAV CE Brochure is here! Clinics should have received their copies in the mail. We regret to inform you that the Anesthesia Wet-lab, which was printed in the brochure, has been cancelled. We are striving to replace it with a different one - stay tuned to the website and your fax machines to find out more.
Important Notices for Website users:
EASAV Membership renewal time is here. EASAV membership runs from January 31 – January 31 of each year. The membership fee for veterinarians is $130.00/year. If you have not yet sent in your membership form and fee, please renew at your earliest convenience. To renew:
- Go to our website and login
- click on Account
- Click on Renew Membership
- Proceed to paypal for credit card payment OR
- download the 2017 Membership Renewal Form today and mail it in with your payment
- please see anti-spam notice below
Memberships: If your clinic is paying for multiple memberships online, each vet must renew individually and proceed to the payment check out. If your clinic prefers to pay for all vets with one cheque, please have each veterinarian complete their own renewal form and mail a cheque along with the completed renewal forms.
Please allow 3-4 weeks for website access to be updated as these are done manually.
Members who did not renew before January 31 have had their protected member website access temporarily disabled until the renewal fee is paid.
Support Staff website users: Although membership with EASAV is limited to Veterinarians, all managers, support staff and RVTs can sign up to use the website and register/pay for CE online. Support staff are offered member rates to all half and full day seminars! Any individual who has a user ID on our website has the ability to register and pay for multiple website users.
Website Updates: The website address has been changed to a secure site with heading https://edmontonvetinfo.com. All people who search our website will be automatically redirected to the new https heading in the browser.
Anti-Spam Legislation: Due to recent anti-spam legislation, if you want to receive email notices about upcoming CE and other events or messages from your local veterinary community, you must check off receive email notices when you sign up.
Reminder to EASAV Members
As a member, you have access to locked areas on the website, such as prior seminar notes/handouts, protected registrations to member only events, sensitive association information, etc. | | |
