  Message from The President

We are continuing to work diligently with our mandate of providing excellent quality continuing education and promoting collegiality among our veterinary community. Furthermore, It seems that EASAV is having more presence within the community as we now see different sectors approaching us to help with projects that involve animal issues or welfare. For me it is fulfilling to see that when the community thinks about veterinarians in the Edmonton region the EASAV badge comes to the foreground.

This certainly opens up new scopes for the association and new challenges that need more involvement from the part of our members. It was a pleasure and a learning experience being part of the EASAV executive for the last several years.  In that time, I have seen the association grow and become more vibrant. May this be an open invitation to our members to continue carrying the flag and especially to all those new members of our veterinary community who would certainly be a valuable boost in new ideas and enthusiasm. I hope to see you all at the upcoming annual general meeting.
