Webinar Abstract: This session will focus on a review of techniques for performing a complete in-house analysis of small animal urine samples, including wet mount and direct smear preparations, interpretation of urinalysis cases through an interactive presentation with high quality digital images and active audience participation, all guided by board-certified veterinary clinical pathologists.

Speaker Biographies: Dr. Wagg graduated with a DVM from the AVC in 1998. After years in small animal practice, she entered a clinical pathology residency program at the Faculté de Médicine Vétérinaire, Université de Montréal in 2004, and later became a Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Pathologists (DACVP). Dr. Wagg joined the U of C Faculty of Vet Med in January 2009. She is currently a Senior Instructor in the Department of Veterinary Clinical and Diagnostic Sciences and teaches Clinical Pathology, Clinical Skills and Clinical Presentations & 4th year Clin Path rotations. 

        Dr. Galezowski obtained her DVM from the WCVM in 2007. She completed a 3 year clinical pathology residency at the WCVM and became a DACVP in 2010 & worked at the Veterinary Diagnostics Services (VDS) pathology from 2010 - 2013. Angelica joined the Faculty of Vet Med at the U of C in 2017 as an assistant prof in the Veterinary Clinical & Diagnostic Sciences department where she teaches in Clin Path, Pathologic Basis of Disease, Clinical Skills, Professional Skills, Clinical Presentations and the 4th year Clin Path rotations. Her current research is focused on bovine clinical pathology and other diagnostic testing modalities.
